This comprehensive evaluation focuses on assessing the function and health of the pelvic floor muscles and surrounding structures. It includes a detailed medical history, discussion of bladder, bowel, and sexual function, postural and movement analysis, and an internal and/or external pelvic floor muscle assessment when appropriate. The goal is to identify contributing factors to pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, or other dysfunctions, and to develop a personalized treatment plan to restore optimal pelvic health and function.

This single treatment includes a one on one 60 minute visit progressing your pelvic health rehabilitation plan. Each visit builds upon the initial evaluation, incorporating targeted exercises, manual therapy, education, and strategies for managing symptoms related to pelvic floor dysfunction. The goal is to support long-term improvement in pelvic health, function, and quality of life through consistent, personalized care.

Plan of Care Package

This package offers eight personalized follow-up sessions designed to provide comprehensive support and continuity of care for pelvic floor rehabilitation. With extended time for progression, patients benefit from deeper symptom resolution, advanced therapeutic techniques, and reinforcement of long-term strategies for managing pelvic floor dysfunction. Ideal for addressing more complex or persistent issues, this package increases the likelihood of lasting improvements in pelvic health, function, and overall quality of life. evaluation and eight follow up visits to complete evidence based length of plan of care to improve muscle tone and activation for symptom resolution.

Dr. Jadyn Crooch, PT

Dr. Jadyn Crooch, PT, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a deep commitment to whole-person care. While she specializes in pelvic health, her approach goes far beyond the pelvic floor. With experience in treating neuromuscular disorders, chronic illness, and orthopedic conditions, she brings a comprehensive, integrative lens to every patient.

My passion for wellness began with a Bachelor’s in Nutritional Sciences and continues as adjunct professor and physical therapist. After completing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, she continued education through the American Physical Therapy Association’s Academy of Pelvic Health. I strive to provide beautiful and accessible care to women through every season of life.

Whether addressing incontinence, pelvic pain, joint instability, or complex movement patterns, Dr. Jadyn Crooch is passionate about helping women reclaim strength, confidence, and connection to their bodies.
